In June of 2014 Jack Zenger published a short piece on the most important leadership competencies for global leaders for Forbes. Their research conclusions were based on a study of 108 senior executives in corporations across the world who had taken a 360 leadership competencies assessment and had rated in the 90th percentile for global perspective. After identifying the senior executives who rated higher than their peers in the area of global perspective they identified the top six leadership behavior or leadership competencies that differentiated them from the rest of those in the study.
