PART 2: ASSESSMENT
Part 2 of The Leadership Competencies Library provides you with self-assessment questions and psychometric questions for each of the 120 leadership competencies. Recognizing that assessment requires a combination of both personal introspection, and feedback from peers, we provide questions that will help leaders identify with confidence where they can improve their leadership capability.
The leadership self-assessment and coaching questions were created to help people see the contrast between successful leadership and leadership that is lacking, and where they fit in comparison. These questions can be used to create self-assessments, or 360 peer feedback assessments. They can also be used as questions in coaching sessions.
